| Professional Profile: | Dr Dandy has worked in teaching and research positions at Flinders University and the University of WA. She moved to Perth in 2000, and started at ECU in October 2003. |

| Research Interests: | My research interests are primarily in cross-cultural and social psychology. Specifically, I am interested in acculturation attitudes and strategies, ethnic identity and attitudes toward social diversity. Recent research projects include: ethnic and national identity among ethnic and racial minorities; intergroup dynamics between Anglo-Australians and Muslim-Australians; and attitudes toward ethnic and cultural diversity |
